The card center will take your call, every week-day between  08:00 and 20:00. 

To replace your card, the Card Application Form under the Forms menu item must be filled in and sent to IZYS Pénztár, 1583 Budapest Pf .: 49.

The new card will be produced shortly after the request, which can be picked up by post.
